Transfusion of blood and blood products helps to save millions of lives every year. One unit can save up to 3 patients in dire need of blood.

How can you contribute?
Find a donation centre close to you and donate blood.
- Donors need to be over 16 years of age,
- Weigh a minimum of 50 kg,
- Have not donated blood in the last 56 days.
Your vitals will also be checked before donation. So why not encourage family members, work colleagues and your community to donate blood.
