Bonitas Chronic Illness Cover: All Plans provide cover for the 27 prescribed Chronic Disease List (CDL) conditions at 100% MSR (Medical Scheme Rate), limited to a formulary. The cover needs to be applied for through the Bonitas Call Centre and is limited to a Designated Service Provider (DSP); Pharmacy Direct. Benefits for chronic medicine depend on the options you have chosen as well as the list of medicines that are covered.
